We had an amazing time at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, with a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel and an incredible view of the beach from our room. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, with a stunning sea view that was truly worth it. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning provided a nice and quiet sleep. We also loved the added feature of a terrace with comfortable garden furniture, which allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. the quality of service and comfort provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations.
In short, we highly recommend this hotel to all our friends.

There is still some ongoing construction happening in the hotel.

the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were highly appreciated, as they offered a great start to our day and allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones. the hotel's central location, just a short walk away from many restaurants and shops, was ideal for exploring the town and enjoying the local culture. One more advantage that we liked was the beautiful rooftop pool, which offered a stunning view of the surrounding area.
For one, the walls in the hotel were too thin and sound traveled easily from one room to another.

The hotel had a great location right by the beach and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from our room. The price we paid was very affordable for the location, making it a great value. The staff member we interacted with, Carmen, was friendly and tried to be helpful.
The hotel was poorly maintained with stained furniture and walls, construction debris in common areas, and basic amenities missing in the room like shampoo and conditioner. It was also disappointing to find out that the website pictures were not accurate and the reality of the hotel was far from expectations.

We had an amazing stay, with the best aspects being the sea view from our room, the spaciousness of the room, the nice and clean bathroom, and the effective A/C with a quiet mode for use at night. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, led by Eliana and Lucie, and we had access to a table and chair with good WiFi. The hotel's location is very convenient, with short walking distances to the supermarket, beach, and restaurants, and only 5 minutes' walk to the city center.
Nothing to fault!

During my recent stay at a hotel in Santa Marta, I had the pleasure of experiencing a room with a breathtaking sea view. Waking up and seeing the beautiful ocean right in front of me was truly worth it. The location of the hotel was also great, just a block away from the beach and a short 5-minute walk to the city center. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and always fresh towels available. I appreciated the air conditioning, especially the quiet mode that allowed me to use it at night without any disturbance. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
I do have a couple of minor suggestions for improvement. While the view from the room was beautiful, it would have been nice to have blackout curtains or blinds, as the early morning light could be a bit disruptive for those who wanted to sleep in.
